The purpose of your Online Presence Review is your chance to see where you are getting in front of your ideal clients. You will get a complete picture of your current presence and a chance to roadmap out what needs to happen to get you in front of more clients.
Being online is both simple and complex – it just takes a guiding hand to see where you are at. With this review, you will get a complete review of your website, review of your content effectiveness, your social media presence and see where some opportunities lie.
As well, you will receive a outline of a plan of how to implement the areas of improvement discovered in this process.
Estimated time to deliver your report is within 10 business days after filling out our intake form.
We do ask that you make yourself available if any questions arise, this would be outlined in advance if needed. Once the review is complete, we would then jump onto a call to present our findings and share recommendations.

OBM Systems Assessment & Reporting
This is your chance to get a complete overview of your business.
This systems assessment and report package allows me to review your business, gather information about needs, processes, gaps and encourage you to build out your business entirely so that your team can be such a well oiled machine that you cannot remember when you used to “wing” it.
I will sit down and discuss with you how the process works, we also will work through the initial part of the review together to discuss the ins and outs of what you have in place currently and where you would like to see your processes be.
This package isn’t one that implements, this is where we roadmap out what needs to happen so that a plan of action can be firmed up and allow you the chance to see where you need more help.
There is a possibility I might need your time to review any questions I discover or to speak to a trusted team member to ask questions or confirm what I’m seeing in your current operations. This would be arranged to ensure not to impact your business unnecessarily.
Once the Assessment and Review are complete, I would create a report that outlines your successes and gaps, as well as identifying areas of risk so a more urgent plan can be put into place.
The cost of this System Assessment and Report is $1499 + Tax. The estimated time to deliver your report is within 7-10 business days after filling out our intake form and 1-hour meeting to discuss goals.
Should you decide to proceed with a Full OBM Package – your fee would go towards your 3 or 6 month retainer contract.

This is where we take your Goals and Business to the next level.
SOPs, managing a team, systems, and strategy to grow your online business even further. As a solopreneur, you might be feeling overwhelmed and stressed out with your never-ending to-do list. As an online business manager, I tackle your systems and streamline everything for you.
Where we start is with a Strategy Session, from there we itemize the top 3 goals for the first quarter and make an implementation plan with milestones. From there, we discuss the number of hours needed and ensure that it fits your budget and goal timelines.
Over the course of that first 90 days, we work together to get these implemented, your team up to speed (if in place) or get a team in place to help you attain your dreams. At the end of it, we can further discuss next goals and steps. Should we need a longer term to work together based on your goals, 6 month term is available.
I'm here to support you every step of the way - lets start by booking that strategy session so we can get the ball rolling!
