This is a question I’m often asked. Most of my friends and family know I have worked from home, but they aren’t quite sure what exactly I do for a living.
As digital entrepreneurs, sometimes this can feel hard to explain. Just in my signature alone, I have 3 titles on it – all of which I’m very proud of, I might add.
Officially, my title is Certified Online Business Manager, Web Designer & Systems/Tech Expert. What on earth does that mean – well, it can mean many things, but at its core, it means:
I’m a person who loves learning and implementing websites and tech tools to allow myself and my clients put their best foot forward online and integrate tech tools and processes to keep it simple.
Or you could call me:
Your Web, Tech, Systems & Operations Unicorn
What does that mean for my clients? How do I help them in their business?
It’s still a mouthful, but I’m a multi-passionate person – I look at the WHOLE picture when helping a client—a Unicorn of sorts.
I can’t ignore anything. It all is important. Some consider it a nuisance or a downfall – but I consider it my superpower.
How I help is by managing the project – from setting up your systems & processes (yes, it may sound boring, but I love it) to start to finish website design and integrating the tech tools to allow your clients/customers to know that their journey is covered from start to finish.
Okay, you are a Unicorn… so what can you do for me? It sounds like too many options.
Overwhelmed? Yes – this can sound overwhelming – but let’s be blunt here. My packages are custom. Yes, custom. No one size fits all.
If you choose a website with me, you get the designer – with the added bonus of coming at this from a systems management brain. How do you want your client’s experience & journey to be? What does it take to accomplish this? Who do you need to help through each step?
Yes, I will do a lot of what you need to get launched – but I will also challenge you to look at the future – what you need to accomplish all this on a sustainable basis. I will provide you with manuals, processes, etc., to make sure you can hire help and they have what they need to do the job to upload to your site. Fix a link. Load a blog.
But you can also hire me to maintain your site – and I do those things for you!
You hire me to do a systems assessment – the cookie-cutter experience ends after we review the checklist that is your business. From there, my recommendations become custom to you and your business needs.

Yes. Regardless of how involved I truly get, I intend to ensure that we have identified the final goal – and road-mapped our way from start to finish to accomplish this.

So I don’t truly fit into one of the boxes. I’m more than just one of these ‘titles,’ but at the end of the day – my goal is to be the one who helps you achieve the goal. Large or Small.
